-Represented a technology company (a listed company) in its acquisition of an Indonesian listed company

-Represented Caterpillar China Ltd. and Wang in a financial leasing contract in a CIETAC arbitration

-Represented a major food company in a dispute with Mitsubishi Corporation in a CIETAC agreement, representing the original arbitration respondent in an application to set aside the original arbitration award and to re-arbitrate.

- Represented a grain and oil industry group in Inner Mongolia and a trading company in an application for domestic enforcement of a FIFA arbitral award

- Represented a state-owned enterprise in a lease contract dispute, a loan contract dispute in a CIETAC arbitration case and a dispute over control of the company.

-Represented a U.S. national in a cross-border fraud case against a Chinese national, conducting due diligence on the suspect's information, residence and assets and filing a civil lawsuit to preserve the client's property.
